Aliocha Boi—The Invisible Bond I

$1,650.00

Aliocha Boi is a Franco-Canadian-Italian photographer based in Paris. He is inspired by colour, intricate details—textures, materials, and gestures—and the interaction between humans and their environment. He works with a range of brands and has been published both in France and internationally. He has released his first photography book, Midnight Sun, with Collapse Books. He is also the founder of the podcast Vision(s).

ABOUT THE SERIES

The Invisible Bond is a visual project photographed by Aliocha Boi—made in collaboration with Pierfrancesco Carta and Francesca Broglia from Voltura Sardinia—exploring the silent yet powerful connections between people, objects, places, and gestures in relation to their horses. Blending documentary style with artistic sensitivity, it focuses on the profound, almost spiritual bond between horse and rider. At the heart of the project is La Sartiglia, an ancient equestrian ritual in Sardinia that embodies cultural heritage and artistic expression.
